At Crypt Apparel, we currently use print-on-demand services to create high-quality, custom apparel just for you. This means each item is made to order, so we have a limited returns policy to ensure sustainability and affordability.
- Eligible for Refund/Replacement: We offer a full refund or free reprint if your item arrives damaged, defective (e.g., printing errors), or is the wrong product. Contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
- Not Eligible: Returns for change of mind, incorrect size/color selection, or fit preferences are not accepted. Please review our size charts before ordering.
- Process: Email [Support@CryptApparel.Shop] with your order number and details. We'll review within 3-5 business days and issue a resolution. Refunds appear on your original payment method in 5-10 days.
- Shipping: Non-refundable. For approved returns, you pay return shipping; we'll cover reprints.
- Lost/Delayed Orders: If undelivered after [POD provider's timeframe, e.g., 30 days], we'll reship or refund.
